Focus: To improve and maintain some of hockey's core skills. This will include but not be limited to skating, stickhandling, passing and shooting.

Intensity: Medium

Drills: A heavy focus on individual skill development set-up through three different on-ice stations.

Ability: Intermediate (Minimum of two years playing)

Sessions: 13

This 13-week course is a great way to stay in shape and beat the summer heat! We will be running through a variety of different skills and techniques through the sessions. Whether you've been with us before or you're joining our group for the first time - we'd love to see you out! Please note we do recommend at least two years of playing experience for this course.
